Hi @UpholdInc You made a charge to my bank account but I only signed up for your waiting list. I went to log in and see why this happened, only to find my password denied, not able to properly reset and nothing in my authenticator app. Let's find what happened and how to fix thx!

Thank you for your fast response. There is an expectation of customer service when a company has social media presence. I addressed you in public for transparency and to avoid non response as is so typical of global "support@" emails. I will do this now and expect follow up. Thx!
