Yes, this article confirms the restaurant is Carmelo's. The background in the photo is the same. It's a pity that it permanently closed in 2017 and was turned into condos. urbandiningguide.com/city/au…

Yes, it’s sad. Yet I find it also reminds me of the incredible experiences and amazing people I’ve been fortunate to have in my life. It’s uplifting to remember there’s still so many awesome people out there. It gives me hope, especially in these strange times

Taking time to pause and reflect is something I don't do often enough. It's been hard to make the time while on life's crazy rollercoaster. That's the silver lining these days...finding the time to think deeply and reconnect. Lots of love to you, Molly!

The reflection and thinking is a default for me. Focus is a problem - I'm not finding it or I'm too in it to notice. But the reconnection made manifest? Absolutely something I need and want so much on a more personal, soul level too. xoxox to you dearest Anitra.
