Time for another installation of "Crimes Against Web Standards" I think.
Were we annoying much? Clever, but so annoying. Not to mention this is such an insult to #A11Y and the holy grail that has become the title element. But it's funny. And I'm laughing. #HTML
I raise you both animating title bars in Netscape Navigator 1.x like so:
<title>W</title>
<title>We</title>
<title>Wel</title>
<title>Welc</title>
<title>Welco</title>
<title>Welcom</title>
<title>Welcome</title>
<title>Welcome </title>
<title>Welcome t</title>
…et cetera

Upper, lower, and mixed too! Everyone had their own way and it was awfully difficult in the earlier days to deal with the case, spacing and other issues.
I stopped looking at source in 2017 as it's worse now.
Still no standards! Lots to laugh about though ;-)
