I'm having one of those difficult mornings. My wife passed away 3 weeks ago...I realized today that I need to 'disconnect' her from all her social networks. This is death in the digital world. I wonder...are there digital cemeteries? #SaturdayMorning #SaturdayThoughts

When I am the most lost without my husband, I hear his motto "NO MATTER WHAT!" and am so comforted by that and it becomes a soother as well as a motivational force for learning to live a different life we never expected to face. Using the joy in a good marriage has soothed me.

Moments of peace come, even in that early agony of injurious pain. Hang on to those especially and they come more frequently over time and stay longer. Ritual, community - nature all helped me. What would your love want for you now? When I live that answer, I feel better.
