Hi, I'm a reporter: Are you a landlord whose tenants missed rent, and so you're now trying to figure out how to evict them this month? If so, please get in touch. It's not for a story, I just want to beat your ass

I've been in my apartment for 15 years - never once late on rent. Recently got a new landlord who is actively searching for ways to evict me so she can double the rent! Came to my door this week, nasty as can be, and told me that she would evict as soon as this crisis was over.

1.Hi Christine, we used to be landlords and I like to think we were nice ones. Can I suggest something you can do to help this situation? When it’s appropriat, invite her to have a cup of tea with you. let her give her side of the story and really try to understand what’s going

See, problem is you're nice. You can't talk to maniacs who scream and have tantrums on your paid for doorstep and walk away the moment you try to keep calm and get focused. She yells and then runs to do something "more important." She wants section 8 money. HUD has been informed.
