I've been in my apartment for 15 years - never once late on rent. Recently got a new landlord who is actively searching for ways to evict me so she can double the rent! Came to my door this week, nasty as can be, and told me that she would evict as soon as this crisis was over.

SAME THING HERE! What the hell is wrong with people? I have been an ideal tenant and have her emails and texts where she expressed such gratitude. So I'm leaving despite lockdown. Sick also of "I got Jewed" comments since I asked for no decorations at Christmas. I am so sorry :(
