Long yesterday, I'm tired but so happy with my Tucson medical care team led by Dr. Stephanie Goshorn. She has a Medical Scribe who joins her for consults. I'd never seen this! It makes sense as text transcription is portable, interoperable. It's #a11y!

And to SEE us. I've had doctors look at anything BUT me. Look at your patient, not the charts, checklists on that ever-present healthcare clipboard. I love this and was also fascinated at the intensity of the transcriber, who has to have incredible focus!
