What the hell is @FortuneMagazine giving this woman a platform. Listen to her as she responds to why she separated children from their parents. Fricken listen to what she answers. Separating children was not a law passed by congress. It was an executive policy that SHE enforced.
Asked if she regrets family separations at the border, ex-DHS Sec. Nielsen says, "I don't regret enforcing the law...What I regret is we haven’t solved it. And what I regret is that that information flow and coordination to quickly reunite the families was clearly not in place."
