Just a friendly reminder to you that no matter what you think, it doesn’t matter what people think about you because it’s none of your business. Going to the gym to hopefully drop some more weight and get a little bit healthier. First, the weigh-in for the week. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Go you! And do it for you exactly it isn't about what other people think I was fat-shamed most of my adult life and look at me now I weigh a hundred pounds which is too thin. Get strong that's the real goal in my opinion.

I stopped listening to people a long time ago when they were critical of me. Unless it directly impacts someone, I don’t pay mind to it. I’m feeling healthier. That’s the main goal. Fix the damage I did to myself after years of reckless living. Recent events have inspired that.

I'm sorry about events that got you there, but your attitude is, as I see it, about as good as it gets going in to major changes. It has to be for you and those you love, not for fashion. I stayed with yoga since 20 and can bend myself into a pretzel despite bad bones and joints!

I also have lost 33 lbs in < 100 days by changing my diet and exercising. Getting off the foods/drinks that were killing me. Attitude is everything. So instead of sitting in self-pity and not caring, I changed that mindset. I even do yoga myself!

I'm super wary of too fast. Pace! A lot of that was likely water. As much as I love elephants, I still wasn't prepared to have their wrinkly skin! Ha! Also, with fat breaking down protect your lil' gall bladder and be sure to drink water like a madman! Depression comes out too.
