I feel semi-ashamed for how much I liked 1999-'00, the aroma of euphoria and excitement like 'the second coming' was imminent (after we fixed the 2000 bug but before the bubble burst). But mostly because I was young and high.

I think the world needs mouthy old ladies to tell it what's up, just like autistic teenage girls. We've got a role in these interesting times -if only for comedic relief ;-)

Now that made me splorch ice water through my nose! HA! Having been there, done that and require comedic relief or serious distraction as a daily form of nourishment. Where was I when "chill" was being handed out? Probably mouthing off to someone somewhere :P
