This is why people don't get my jokes. Or so I'll tell myself! ;-) Seriously, I run into this sort of thing all the time. It's not a bad thing as it means you don't just stick to engaging with your generation as many choose to do. Grow Wide (metaphorically lol) young man!

That's truly tragic as it indicates they also have no clue about what have become American classic wit. It separates generations as well as affinity groups. I can give the same talk today about web #a11y and standards and will in turn hear mostly crickets and quiet tears.
