I can't say as I'm not in it, but for about 10 years people hired me because I was a woman so they could cover ass, not because they cared about me sometimes. This is not just my perception as others have pointed out it out many times. I hope resources will help. We're here.

I have been given so much, I am overwhelmed by the love and diverse humans and nations and kindnesses afforded me. That "Token" problem was limited to certain factions only, and I think it's because those factions felt a modicum of guilt but not that much for it to last or matter

I know my illness and trauma have scared people, and I say very politically incorrect things sometimes. Shocking, I know. I am not a LADY who does lady things :D
