Few will remember, but we once had a "Where are the women" panel at SXSW. I think it was the same year as the first "Blogging While Black" - both lasted a few years and were wonderful. I miss those conversations, which still matter despite being overrun by hate. Anyone remember?

I can't say as I'm not in it, but for about 10 years people hired me because I was a woman so they could cover ass, not because they cared about me sometimes. This is not just my perception as others have pointed out it out many times. I hope resources will help. We're here.

Yup. Or of color or any "other" (starting to hate that word). Now I wanna see you speak, got vid? Oh, I was cared about. I mean specific factions who didn't care about topics but known names. I also made 0 dollars to a man's 10k more than once. I didn't know they threw tantrums.
