A #Scorpion in my unfolded laundry. I didn't notice it but Honey went nutty for it. The small ones are venomous. This was a smaller one! I wanted a pic but my boot heel smushed it in defense of Honey. Sorry #spiders I love my #cat. Desert critters need to announce themselves 1st!

Uhh is this the first time this happened? You are too calm if this is the first time this happened.

You should see the really scary spiders and reptiles here! And yes, I've lived here most of my life so it happens. They come out especially after weather when it warms up, which is happening here now. LOOKOUT! MONSTER ARIZONA TARANTULA! :D

More room for me then lol! It's great for my bones, which are losing mass due to long illness inside them and genetic arthritis and peripheral neuropathy from my Maternal side of the family! I gotta have warm. I gotta have open sky. What about your preferences? Seasons?

That's terrible, I'm sorry. I'm from the North East, so that's comfortable for me. I'm pretty adaptable overall, but I was in Pheonix for a conference and I just got dehydrated so quick. It's like you don't even notice your losing moisture!

Las Vegas is worse. And more extreme and no charm. We learn to hydrate a lot, skin and hair too. Sunbathing is no longer popular, and people seem to have adapted better since bottled water and SPF! :D
