A #FridayFlashback for the #CSS crowd who might be old enough to remember the book I wrote with Dave Shea about his genius proof-of-concept CSS Zen Garden. Here's the groundbreaking (bad pun alert 🤣) book - in Polish! #FridayFun #FridayFunDay #webdev #webdesign #Books #design 💙

Yes, wow -- I am so glad to see this. CSS Zen Garden has been a profound nourishment in my life, and it just made its way back to me recently -- in an amazing new way -- after formidable health challenges. It's a joy to see this. 🌿

Thank you Max. I am curious as to your story as I've faced formidable health issues as well, and would love to hear any story of renewal and joy! xo/m

Still waiting for Canadian-English translation — the one where "z-index" is properly pronounced "zed-index"! /cc @mezzoblue

I had already been learning from CSS Zen Garden for over a year when the book came out. Are you calling me old? ;)

Well, apparently I'm old enough to remember the book, and perhaps even old enough to suffer from some memory lapses at times, but still I can see it on my bookshelf, grab it from there, nevertheless. See?

Very impressive Edmund. I think we sold 3 Polish versions (I'm joking, I have no idea but could find out with some digging) and clearly you have one of them! Thank you :D
