- The day you know everything is the day you'll know all you'll ever know
- Passion doesn't balance out too often. If you have it, it's immoderate and a bit obsessive
- Courage to be wrong, say I don't know and interact and learn more as you go.

- You have to be an expert in all of the things
- People work less than 80hr weeks?
- at some point people are going to realize you actually suck at this
