Once it's sold, it's out of your hands. The buyer could sell to anyone. But money is nice and necessary and potentially a bigger positive in your life. There's no bad decision here, though, and you can take as long as you want to decide this.

Sell and then walk away. You鈥檙e in a totally different phase of your life. Priorities are different. Needs are different. Frankly, your energy should be spent on you (and Honey, of course).
