1. Donate whole blood
2. Donate platelets
3. Donate healthy organs
4. If you choose to not vaccinate yourself or children, please stay out of the public commons as soon as signs appear and until they are gone. 2/

6. If you are unwell and seeking diagnosis and treatment, don't make decisions about any medications before educating yourself.
7. Make sure you get a Complete Blood Count (CBC) at checkups.
