Mercy, I'd heard a shoulder rotator cuff injury could be awful. I have happily not known this until the last few weeks. Ever have this? What did you do for self-care (I'm doing RICE already. It helps.) Better to rest or move or yes? #shoulder #rotatorCuff #injury #help #advice 馃挏

It took my body ten years with no surgery to heal up rotator cuffs tears (not a full tear where anything detached). Physical therapy wise, I had my best success with a sports medicine PT. Got a massage after the exercises. It's tough to heal. :(

So people say and are saying - surgery seems to be the one truly optimal treatment in the end. I'm going to have the Doc do some imaging and see where I'm at. I avoid invasive procedures if I can do the exercises and massage right here. 10 years tho? Dayum, that had to be rough.

Yeah, my being double jointed didn't help either. Everything so stretchy. No matter what road is best for you, it is long. Wish I could take it away for you.
