The Antisocial Personality Disorder is characterized by a pervasive pattern of disregard for the rights of other people that often manifests as hostility and/or aggression. Deceit and manipulation are also central features. (this feeds the "malignancy" - little or no empathy)

Add to all of this lack of exercise, good nutrition, age, possible illness and onset of dementia and what you have is a person who needs to be hospitalized lest they harm themselves or others. Also, denial denial denial is hallmark of the truly mentally ill. I know I'm messed up!
