It feels like I’m yelling into the void. The iOS team are pretty good, but the macOS lot keeping screwing this up. Clearly, there’s little advocacy/understanding of the issue – or Apple just doesn’t care that much about it. Affects millions though, so: odd.

Not odd at all. See my tweet today in re voice standards for input output at #w3c and elsewhere. We are in a not-so-happy place in the industry right now and the only people that are going to change it are the people that are going to change it if you feel what I'm Sayin'. xo/m
