As folks might notice I don't know what day it is. I've had to be hospitalized and sedated to the point of drooling after a major shooter incident on the property here followed by 7 Days of crazy meth users who moved in next door to me. I hate this shithole.

Time to move. The park across from me gets a little dangerous at night. Last year, a young man was shot while sitting on the bus bench across the street from our house. From the trash in the park, I think alcoholics out number the drug addicts.

Easier said than done considering moving requires money and credit and energy free things I don't have.

I know the feeling. Susan was born in the house we are living in. Moving is not an option, as rent in Costa Rica is not so cheap. I just don't go to the small store on the other side of the park from 6pm to 6am. I totally avoid downtown at night.

I wish it were that easy in Las Vegas to figure out I mean you just cannot tell. Between federal guidelines and HUD by law they have to let people in if they qualify.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no such programs in Costa Rica. Those without housing sleep in parks or city streets. Many "houses" are nothing more than tin sheds.
