Life is short. Spend a moment today to thank a designer or researcher who has given back to the community and perhaps helped you grow in your career. You’d be surprised at how rare it is for those folks to be thanked for their contributions.

I’ve never heard of that before, thanks for sharing. I do feel everyday is a good day to thank those in our community who help contribute to it in a meaningful way and give back often.

I for one deeply appreciate and love honoring and being honored by the people who worked so hard to bring about massive communication systems in less than 25 years. To me that's pretty darn incredible and I agree with Nick everyday is a good day to honor each other no matter what
