Boo migraine, yay Milkshake, BIGGEST YAY for taking on that beast. I don't count but it's been at least that long for me too, and I don't miss it one bit.

Whatever works for the individual is my way of thinking. One size fits none! I'm very happy you've found a way as did I, lest we not be longer for this life. At some point, it's just not fun and if it's not fun why the heck are we doing it? xo
