I have so many friends who have chosen to live in a “privilege” bubble. Then they have the temerity to get pissed when I post current events to my wall. I’m rather upset.

So many stories about losing friends and closing doors on family members over exactly those issues. I've been grumbling and mumbling and cursing for several days now but I'm still remembering to laugh in between. Comforting thoughts to you my friend you are sadly are not alone XO

I see that too. Only I perceive it as being purposefully distracting at this point. No one is going to do this for us passivity is what got us into the last Holocaust and far deeper into World War 2 then we ever needed to go.

Yes there is a definite difference between ignorance born of poverty and lack of access to information and ignorance worn like a badge of pride. I'm definitely referring to the latter 😊
