I'm furious with @CoxComm and ask respectfully ask @CoxHelp to resolve the error of 300 for "equipment" charges. I cancelled service after 35 years with you March 1 2017 and OWN MY OWN ROUTER which you are trying to tell me I owe 300 bucks for. FIX THIS NOW OR PREPARE FOR SHAME.
