Sounds like there are not enough Doctors for the number of patients. In Costa Rica, the wait time is around 45 minutes, for a 15 minute visit. The pharmacy wait at the clinic is 1.5 hours. At the hospital 3 hours. Lab tests depends on how long the line is.
