After a rough night, my head cold is abating. I just need to be careful that sinus drainage does not lead to bronchitis. You always make my day.

I'm worried about your health. What are you doing about it? I had a very bad case of bronchitis in the hospital and I would have died without antibiotics. I'm not a big fan of overuse of them but they are very useful when they are absolutely needed. Feel better! sick sucks 😷🤒🤢

Rest and drink lots of water. I slept in a sitting position to minimize nasal fluid going into my lungs. I had pneumonia 4 times when I was young. The last time, I spent 3 days in the hospital with an antibiotic shot every 2 hrs. I listen to my breathing.

I I'm glad to hear that you're getting relief. They were able to halt my bacterial infection in March because I was already in the hospital with bleeding problems. They used a very strong antibiotic as my bone marrow begin to fail. Do you get Pneumovax and immunizations?

The clinic was a nurse that makes house visits to seniors. So always get my flu shot. The beginning of the rainy season always sets off my allergies. I do take medication for allergies. I never had allergies, before coming to Costa Rica.
