Hang in there. I am pulling for you. Want to hear something weird. On 30 July, I have my blood and urine tests for diabetes at the clinic. On 31 July, I have blood and urine tests for the nefrology clinic at the hospital.

While Costa Rica has a national health care, every hospital and clinic has different procedures. Everything starts at your designated clinic. The clinic initiates the external referral to specially climic. I go to two clinics at one hospital and clinics at two other hospitals.
