Overwhelming depression is what's happening. If I go into the hospital I'm afraid I'm not going to come back. That last round nearly killed me. Is this violent, awful greedy world all that life is? #depression #anxiety #ptsd #pain #sad #pancytopenia #raredisease #aplasticAnemia

Hazim, I wish that were true. I don't think I will see any peace in my lifetime. My nation is broken, we are broken and we don't seem inclined to tell the truth about that. But I will still dream with you of better days for all :)

I found the book Factfulness a pleasant relief in our current (sometimes) bleak outlook. Plus Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @Ocasio2018 win is (a small but nevertheless) a sign of progress. Fingers-crossed :)

Thanks for the book recommendation and Cortez links. There is hope, yes. I just don't see it happening in my own lifetime and I wanted the Script of Life to have a Hollywood Happy Ending 😂
