It makes me very sad that's a lot of years of damage but we were part of a generation there that did that purposely in my rebellious mind!

They had barely been around I was sleeping I was getting sicker but I was continuing my taper. A week before I was put into palliative care by choice home-based. So I told the clinic and they never relayed the message and we'd finalize and telehealth appointment scheduled.

I liked everybody at first except the very young news the job doctor of nurse practice. They were very nice to me talk to me and then began to sit up a plan and asked me to do drug screen so I said sure and went and peed while being watched closely up until the bathroom itself.

It took a long time and she's on especially after and with covid and a lot of medical need for healthcare workers to find anyone who knew a proper taper after all those years most of which I had already tapered myself I just wanted medical oversight they added to the trauma.

It came as quite a shock after getting off of finally daily benzo use that had been prescribed since I was 21 only to find out that loads of spenzo's actually are helpful in palliative care for me and reduce the amount of opiates which I hate even more.

A week ago I was done with 39 years of benzos and had removed every other medication including fluoxetine sold to me then as a cure offer cyclical depression not related to anything but being a woman. When I was prescribed benzos it was also shut me up. Haven't succeeded yet! LOL

But that is for short-term relief and it does not include any of the antipsychotic or stimulant drugs antidepressants are a huge lie because we don't really understand the chemical nature of anything LOL seriously but sedation is often helpful for surgery and palliative care.

All in the name of prophet especially in the United States because of course our system is set up not to care for people and it goes further than that it goes into the demographics of grouping people by their value as life I really think there are occasional uses for some meds

I say sick absolutely as for the disruption to your life that's beyond comedy it's beyond tragedy it's into the realm of purposeful harm or a STFU attitude because they don't know what they're doing.

Sadly I've had situations where the treatment meds for very serious bone oil problems actually cause such severe behavioral issues no an figure out what the hell is going on so they dosed a crap out of me on everything psych instead of taking proper care of my blood. Sick system.

I've been on Twitter since 2006 and all I've done is largely process issues with friends or just on my own. before that I've vented on any platform I could find 🤣 get it out it's so helpful in that regard. And I know the pain all too well.

It makes sense it just wasn't contextualized for me quite yet because I'm interested in the use of technology for any kind of betterment of humanity education being first and foremost typically speaking.

Now I'm with you thank you for the clarification. You know, the web is invented for collaborative work in many ways so I say bring It on! People learn differently and the act of teaching is in fact itself at least for me absolutely and act of learning.

If they're doing that in my opinion and experience is because if they're patients they want to buy the Kool-Aid if they're not they want to keep the Kool-Aid!

Why would you think any of those are cults or are you challenging the status quo with your questions. I can tell you which few pharmaceutical products were good to me in 60 years of medical illness with behavioral issues or vice versa if you'd the post didn't make sense to me

I do the same thing I pretty much really stick to YouTube premium now a lot because there's so much in terms of good stuff to learn from if you have a way of critically analyzing what you're getting and the music is killer so those two things make it worthwhile for me these days

Hospice is more like what you described they keep you out of pain and treat what can be treated like you know bed sores or other things they give you hospital beds nurses etc three to six months usually for that palliative can go years

Right now I'm choosing to stay in palliative care and take no invasive procedures or going to hospital if I can avoid it at all because I really just never want to see a medical facility again too many for too many people and for myself for too long. All my care is in home
