That's interesting and we're seeing a little bit of an uptick of unionization here it would be long overdue for Arizona which is right to work state and very anti-union which is something I can't comprehend. Sure make no money and work for no benefits at all woohoo?

That should read .75mg clonazepam. She's got me doing that three times a day at. 25 per dose. It's the lowest it's been in all of those years 38 freaking years. Who's the sick party here?

Where are you at now if I may ask are you still taking benzos or other meds that are given for so-called psych reasons. They put me on Seroquel low dose for sleep I didn't understand what it was at that time next thing I know I have a mood disorder LOL very irresponsible

I had a huge tolerance developed and I had a very active career traveling globally and I still somehow managed to stay together despite that. My husband was a physician's assistant and had been in Vietnam as a Navy corpsman brutal job but he knew how to help me taper down to 1 mg

I am so sorry Nina you have all my empathy seriously it has been a long hard Road for so many of us it's time these overpriced, have so much swag from Big Pharma after being wined and dined selfish people to go away. they don't deserve to be practicing. And I do mean practicing!

12 mg clonazepam that's a lot of clonazepam my dear I hope you are better now I know you must have felt like you were fighting your way uphill through split pea soup. The intermediary put me on gabapentin again, hydroxyzine tried to talk me into SSRI I said no and got away

It's a dose related issue when it comes to strength but the differences is that clonazepam has a much longer Half-Life meaning that it will stay in your system much longer and therefore better coverage for symptoms during a taper especially. I don't get any therapeutic results.

I believe the DSM is a weapon of mass destruction. I walked into my new, very nice, and otherwise responsible NP office and there it was. Couldn't help myself just had to say "I see you're reading fiction now!" She looked at me and rolled her eyes. Not the worst reaction 😂

Or a pure judgment from people who think that your behavior is unpleasant for them. I'm not talking about violent behavior or rage and anger rather a chatty little girl. That's all. The shut her up success factor still hasn't kicked in! No more of this crap for me that's for sure
Replacing benzos with antidepressants or for Sleep low dose antipsychotics like olanzapine and Seroquel has been going on for a while. I was coerced into fluoxetine via Eli Lily's lovely pretty pill for PMS,Sarafem. Name says it all doesn't it?

38 years on benzos I'm finally at the last taper and she's going to go slow I found a good Clinic with a supportive NP, therapy, peer support. At my worst they had me up to 10 mg a day of lorazepam I didn't realize that was truly sick. Down to 75 mg clonazepam per day. Thank you!

One of the first talks I saw on YouTube that got me following here on Twitter. Very clear, well articulated to The Point presentation. Unlike some of the covers like from Slate magazine that I saw some people just will not let go of stupid I don't know how else to say it!

To be vulnerable is strength. One cannot have strength without understanding where the pain spots are

One approach for everything is not sustainable. One egg in a basket? I don't think that's a good idea sure have the control in your toolbox but it's one tool. How about we learn some actual code you know cuz that's what coders do

I acknowledge you for doing that it is tremendously courageous and it helps so many people to step up when others can't

Always question everything. Everything. If you don't and you get hurt you're helping them hurt you I know none of us wants that
