And of course not just interoperability everything is fragmented to me we don't seem to be in Step anymore with the basic design principles at all. I think there's a lot of cool stuff going on but I think there's also a lot of overwhelmed and misinformation and I worry about that

It's actually been very disconcerting for me to have come from that background. I know I've seen you speak or maybe that's just YouTube talks it's been such a whirlwind it's hard to look back and it's just grown so much

To be honest I haven't really dug into Tailwind as I'm not coding except for small examples four books and whatnot but I don't deploy anything anymore nor do I really keep up with the spec I have to admit it's gone such a different direction than the years I spent in the w3c 😂

I mean to talk about presentational on much less using points we really come that far I wonder. Also of course table base layouts cutting Graphics to fit is just crazy such a different world in only a few decades it's kind of shocking in a way that we survived hahaha

It's so weird to me to look back at where I came from CSS and what you're doing with it now I remember in early Webb technique magazine days we were talking about class names like .12otTimesNeeRomanRed ha! 🤣

Update: Tucson's monsoons are hitting Flagstaff so hard right now that Governor Ducey has sent the Army National Guard to help with what is apparently quite serious flooding up in northern Arizona. Darn it some of that water should be ours. File under no climate change my ass!🤣

Anyone have some rain?. In my part of Tucson the last few nights the thunderheads gathered, pressure was intense, got really humid and it felt like it was going to release and then we had no rain. It's time to do a dance so here's the Temptations! youtube.com/BrjJeP1GGxY

I dug deeper into the Twitter thing and I retract that tweet. They did do a good job and then people began misusing it. So folks want Twitter to, in a new roll out, be specific and tell users what alt text is. and they may well do a good job so let's see! 😊

I don't either and it's annoying when it happens. people have told me oh you're overthinking you're analyzing well that's the way I am and it works for me. 😊 It helps me get stuff done and go deep and wide in my thinking which apparently doesn't interest a lot of people so what

Do you think there's more intervention now? when I was a kid parents or step or whoever was taking care of children if they came into a hospital with a suspicious situation medical personnel did call the police now they are mandated to do so do for suspected neglect or abuse

The convention has been Hispanic should relate to the Iberian Peninsula whereas Latino should be the Americas but that's just a convention I've heard and seen especially in colleges and University programs

It appears to me to be Regional just a theory but I noticed that for example in New York you see it a lot in the city come out here and it's a far more tense issue. Noam Chomsky refers to Arizona as occupied Mexico I love that it's true.

I propose a ban on the term overthinking. What they're talking about is rumination I've been doing it all my life and it serves me I learn. overthinking is what I think people say when they can't keep up with someone.! 🤣 🤣 parade.com/living/how-to-sto…
