I was talked into Prozac many years before 20 mg to start which is normal I felt weird right away and they say it takes 4 to 6 weeks to work encourage me to stay on it I got worse and worse began to really ideate suicide. I had never cut myself or self harmed.

For schizophrenia and bipolar 1 and 2 they start at 300 mg up to much higher my former Psych started me at only 50. It didn't help but as I was withdrawing only after a week or two I went into the most horrible panic attacks I ever have had mood swings no sleep dehydration.

A few comments and then some personal. First day cover side effects and long-term damage. So the antipsychotic Seroquel they're talking about people sleeping 13 or more hours. They gave it to me I couldn't sleep the psych kept saying just try and so I did this was recently

I like raspberries. But I prefer blueberries and strawberries I think they're not all that sweet even though blueberries can taste that way and I like that I tend to have a more bitter Savory type palette

I like her especially very much she's articulate she's very knowledgeable and I think she presents her case in a really sophisticated way. There are other women I got tired. I should probably put in notes and references. Spontaneous but based on and ideas from way back.

Do you research prebiotics at all I'm not sure why but prebiotics not allowed for me. however kefir with blueberry strawberry any mixed berries a good granola creates this nice little breakfast parfait, kefir I like a lot to sticking to berries low in carbs high in nutrients.

Ain't no joke there we haven't even talked about the herbicides pesticides in food supply much less what they put in what's left of Arizona's water much less what they use in livestock like antibiotics steroids uranium and copper mining toxic jet fuel we are a lovely species.
