Same experience here. And paying for a third part patient management group charged back to the patients who received none of the contracted services we paid for. 3 patients out of 300 reported. The clinic is now under federal and state investigation for Medicare fraud. 馃檮
Legally they can so I don't understand why they're not doing it other than laziness or funding which in most cases is not usually realistic because I've seen it done time and again they do have terrible security and other issues that need addressing as well but I am with you.

Did you say rain I'm not sure what that is I live in Tucson I think they stopped allowing us to have that here about 20 years ago and have replaced it with massive wildfires and droughts.
