"The web is more a social creation than a technical one. I designed it for a social effect - to help people work together - and not as a technical toy." - Sir Tim Berners-Lee Code for the many! Asking that #100DaysOfCode includes the code of the Web's evolution, ethics, ideals.

it's kind of funny to see restful development now but that's okay with me. Again I'm not a big fan of the single page application but you know I'm really beginning to think we made a mistake we didn't know the kind of form factors would be dealing with come 2006 and Beyond LOL

I'm wondering if those are available to either other Educators or the public at large it would be so great to see them open-sourced! we desperately need a rubric we desperately need a not very complex very clear measure globally for colleges and universities as well as K12. T h x

That's a good point but that's not what we would call a JavaScript framework it's a single page app that's not a framework per se. This is a blogging platform using a single page application approach if you want to. Not the same thing!

Disinformation is a threat however disinformation is human and we do it all day long whether we know we're doing it or not. Strategically it might be better to look at human behavior and what drives us to do that individually prior to news outlets. Thank you Obama. Thank you.

WTF? WordPress is a JavaScript framework? I was at the very first launch party by creator @photomatt in San Francisco. Did I miss a memo ? If that's really so? I'm going to need an EMT cuz I'm throwing myself off the balcony surely missing the pool? SMH
What is your favorite JavaScript framework and why is it WordPress?

WordPress is not a JavaScript framework. I don't use any JavaScript Frameworks and I use WordPress very little these days but I have mad respect for its creator who I knew when he was younger than 18 and blogging was not even a term yet I don't think or just had become one.

I'm glad you don't give a f*** about that you shouldn't there's no reason to its other people's problem not yours you're fine you're lovely we made friends but like two minutes just chatting one night? I love that! Also isn't everybody an outlier on Twitter LOL
I don't have problems on notebooks and desktops as there are a lot of choices through the operating systems and software as well as AI. It's specifically Google Voice and Siri on smartphones that seem to be deteriorating as many people and I have discussed recently. I hate it.
So cool wondering do you write your own curriculum Claudia? Is there a rubric to measure quality in a changing Tech? I've been an adjunct and taught higher ed worldwide but conferences, workshops, Keynotes, are my fave. Currently on my 36th mass-market web technology book as well

If my posts seem illiterate it's because I use voice input usually on social media when I take breaks from working at the computer. but then I use Google voice and it sucks so badly the autocorrect makes me look like my cat typed for me which is not a good look for an author LOL

Somehow I learned it the opposite way! Any search for meaning and purpose will result in the individual seeking meaning and purpose to eventually go right down the drain.

I am very grateful for our ever-growing warm and intelligent community of good people. Yes we all of course have different emotional responses to this long-term attic and difficult challenge we've had yet I remain very optimistic. We have a lot of smart people in this industry!

In the mid to later 90s I did a presentation using PowerPoint. There were no real extensive accessibility features to slide decks and PDFs at that time. The presentation was on accessibility the s*** I took for screwing that up and not providing text Alternatives was eye-opening!

I appreciate the apology but unless you are the US FDA or a big pharmaceutical company or a medical practitioner who says I'm a smart ass and don't know anything about medicine or Psychiatry so should shut up or be diagnosed with Google itis. I learned all that before Google LOL

Again, those have to iterate because we change throughout life as individuals. the technology as well! I still love the web deeply for its good things and people. However I can barely use it now and by 21 had conditions that have not limited me for most years, but do now at 59.

Cognitive bias. We know it if we study heuristics. many user experience folks and HCI students and practitioners are well aware of these things. If we learn and work to counteract them progress is very possible if we want it to be! A lot of people like easy I'm not one of them.

Okay now I'm growling again. There is a certain issue that we have to face with the concept of universality. We used to talk about Universal Design as being ideal. It's definitely highly improbable and likely impossible to reach 100% access but a vast majority is reachable!
