Lake Mead? Somehow reminded me of a dad joke from my actual dad. It's also from an era where the concept of politically correct didn't exist. How do you make a Chinese swimming pool? Won Ton soup. You were warned...

I used to be able to I don't seem to remember them and I don't sleep deeply enough anymore maybe once I'm off the last of this medication. It definitely disrupts sleep and I don't sleep well never have so we'll see you in a month or two if I'm more adjusted without the medication

As if addiction knows from red or blue Democratic or liberal wealthier poor please. And the fear here is very specific to younger Folk due to the Skittles nickname here which makes it seem benign and oh how it is not benign. Narcan. Every home. Big Pharma pays. It's a start.

I have the opposite but it seems to be calmer these Jay's probably the onslaught of all that grief and loss in a short period including my own health and emotional well-being as well as deaths and awful didn't help at all. Better now but still seem to have a lot of nightmares.

I hear you on the Rarity if I get to the point I actually have a good dream and not a nightmare it can change my whole perception of life for that day of course the opposite is true when I wake up from a bad dream and it stays with me do you have that too I know it's common?

One concern with clinical insomnia is that people sleep differently. Are you rested every night after a solid 8 or 9 hours? Fall asleep no problem? Don't have night terrors? Prefer night shift work or split shift? Have sweet dreams? Or is sleep elusive? newscientist.com/article/233…

Well it used to be titties and beer I guess now it's titties and guns and it has been for a while I remember seeing Billboard's all over McCarran airport in Las Vegas and lots of advertising for women to go shooting. Which in a controlled environment I find very therapeutic.

I have to agree @Mozilla organization has risen as a strong advocate of civil liberties. It complements the activities @EFF has historically done, much like the broader @ACLU here in the states. The OWA is an impressive addition. I'm excited for what's to come. Thank you so much!

For me medical cannabis does the trick but they don't believe it so they put me on the gabapentin and I realize now I don't need it and I and now at half a milligram a day of clonazepam which is astonishing considering 38 years of higher dose use every day. It's going well.
It was tolerated much better years ago but for some reason now it just is not for me I I'm very fortunate I don't have gi problems usually and this just messed me up seriously.
What are you using if I may ask? Ketamine is a big thing now there are at least two clinics nearby as well as home sessions. I had no idea I've never used it myself. I do have a friend who studies the pharmacological aspects of hallucinogens. Very interesting but not my thing.

Oh yeah that disassociation is very strange as is the trembling and weakness that comes along with it too but it hit me like a very bad stomach flu intestinal disruption it was awful and it hit twice so that include me into the fact that it wasn't food poisoning or a bug! No more
So as I've been going through this taper of benzodiazepines I've been on for 38 years they are replacing it with Gabapentin for seizures. It's been making me really sick. Why I've been quiet. My blood and chem panels are the best ever but I feel like I'm back on chemo. Yuck!

Why is it illegal to test candy for contaminants such as drugs or in the case of Fentanyl or carafentanyl poison not remotely a recreational drug rather truly because of very fast death for anybody walking that sad path. What insane Florida law makes testing candy illegal?

Tucson got hit very hard with these and we already had Blues. Apx 80% of US overdoses are from pressed Fentanyl which is killing more people than any drug in US history. Here they're called Skittles, appealing to younger folks and they are cheap. Stay aware, especially Halloween!

Delightful and wonderful God I'm so glad. One of the things I love is finding hilarious snarky 404 pages. It's like an Easter egg reward for the file not found issue!
