JavaScript like real JavaScript or are you talking about Frameworks? If you mean JavaScript we got along okay and I respect the hell out of people who learn it and learn it well and fully as a language. Frameworks however make me I feel as if I am committing a felony!

I believe the web has the power to unite us just as much as it has the power to divide us depending upon how we use it. I'm old school I wanted the semantic web far more than my phone and TV becoming smarter than me;-)

I strongly agree. For me Spotify was the problem in terms of falling into conventional bias. They are a podcast and music platform with resources to provide diverse and opposing ideas. Rogan is going to be watched no matter where he is why not take advantage and give some lessons

Absolutely. slurs are harmful and inappropriate. As for misinformation people spread it everyday all day long LOL! we all do it even when we don't mean to. Discourse, debate, different voices in an open forum is downright Socratic and the source of critical analysis and thinking.

Actually being very anti-censorship I think he can I just worry about how we as a society responded to that. Spotify would have been much smarter had they offered an option to Counterpoint and expand the conversation instead of making a big kerfuffle

that's a very good assessment. He's sitting in the interviewers seat most of the time these days and his way of being is not at all reflective of the type of thing we're talking about with Lex fridman. Rogan could have easily ended up a character on the show n movies jackass🤣

I'm laughing about Joe Rogan but that's one of the reasons I really enjoy the podcast because he talks to everybody! As for Rogan he's such an efficient contrarian he contradicts himself LOL. I have found him to be amusing at times because of this, despite his thorny shell. 😊
