Thanks Anca! I do use soundcloud and remain a fan of especially its indie artist focus :)

It's not - my lack of coffee mistake :) But it is tied to Apple IDs and cloud if you want smoother UX. TuneMyMusic looks cool - thanks so much :)

Mounting dramas with @Spotify have resulted in me deleting my account completely (Pro). What are folks using now instead *not* tied to operating systems (Apple, etc.) with excellent catalogs and reasonable pricing? No matter the politics, we gotta rock on😎

Oh They ceased amazing me a long time ago 😂 I'd really rather be amazed in some good way for Humanity for a change.
What the fuck are we doing with this unholy, destructive, rife with red flags we've seen go against the true hearts and minds of this often hateful world? Usally right before violence, incarceration, pogroms, genocide all escalate and mass graves begin being dug. 🤢
I just want to sit with this for a sec. Polk Co has just banned Toni Morrison's books in school libraries for pornography. Toni. Morrison. Nobel Prize, Pulitzer Prize, Presidential Medal of Freedom, PEN/Saul Bellow Award winning author, Toni Morrison. What century is it again?

You mean there isn't something wrong with me? Wow they had me convinced with those ads. 59 years now I've been watching and believing that I suck because nothing is ever good enough is it?

I tend toward both myself. Jerzy kosinski's first book of 42 the Painted bird is a brutal story based on his personal experiences. he's a great writer famous for the book and movie being there as well as acting he played in Reds with Warren Beatty for example.

I'm so glad it was on your syllabus where relevant! It's banned in Russia, parts of US and elsewhere despite originating as a sanskrit word and is seen on the god Vishnu, can be found in Egypt, Middle East, in the US native art, tiles, ornaments, textiles, etc. Idiocracy again?

Maus. It is the only Pulitzer Prize winning comic novel for literature in history. That's right: A Pulitzer prize for a work so relevant if you haven't read it now you may never get a chance lest it be banned, banished or buried in its Maus Grave forever.

Tennessee just pulled it. Shocked anyone might want to read about what according to many never happened at all? And not just to 6 million Jews but 11 million total lives including elderly, disabled, orphans, sickly, Catholic priests, LGBQT+, Anarchists, Romani, so many others.

Maus. If you are unfamiliar, it's considered the first comic novel. It's by Art Spiegelman and is about the Holocaust. It has been banned in many countries, has been burned, hated, misunderstood, and of course it's written by one of those clever Jews. cnn.com/2022/01/27/us/tennes…

Ironically, the safest bubble I ever lived in was New York City! NJ was not. Nevada? Nightmare. Arizona? Heartbreak.

I'm not convinced AZ's timeline could get better :( And you're in OR. Volatile R Us. :(
A friend of mine and I stopped for gas and a soda. Two men walked into the Corner Store overtly carrying two shotguns. I wasn't even fazed I asked if we should Duck and Cover? The cops don't bother coming. No room at the hospitals.. The scary thing is none of us are scared.
