If I could have the best gift at this point in my life it would be all of my friends across the world singing and dancing in every kind of music genre and I hope you will share that with me now truly. Your Rainbow Beauty keeps me alive.

I told you not to tell people that!
Oh, no. We talked it through. The statement was flat out gender rage. Misplaced. And is now better :) Thanks for the calm, reasoned approach (lol, not my strong suit ;-))

On this day, January 25: 1958. My parents got married. 1963. 5th Anniversary, 1st child born (ME!) 2017. My Ray walked for me after 15 years for the first and last time. 2022. 59 is HERE! Celebrate. We love, we live, we die. Might as well rock life while we have it. I LOVE YOU!

Tomomi! Hi :) And wow, you totally nailed it! Yes, it's frustrating. I lash out, but we made it through the assumption and hopefully everyone deepens their understanding. Happy 2022 my dear!!!!

Following along what appears to be quite the popular Thread about the CSS zen garden and subsequent book, @davelinabury for digital web magazine once did and interview with me in which Dave Shea is defined as a vegetable. Please do enjoy it's quite witty digital-web.com/articles/mol…

Sounds very good so far my dear I would just caution the use of the term semantic HTML. It really is rather redundant when HTML is supposed to be meaningful. To say something is semantic HTML means that it's meaningful HTML and that just sticks in my semantic suffering even more!

I've heard of brain teaser about perfection. And that is the concept that perfection is perfect. Perfection is exactly in a state of perfection as is. So if We compare Perfection to the real world. Thus I am perfect and so are you. LOL I wish it were that easy but maybe it is?

I like the way you think Viet. I think you're very insightful into language and meaning as well as the many things that your skill sets are but you know as well as I do that writing a business plan or a contract without demonstrating the skill set or articulating it is not a win!

How about critical thinking. Analysis. Ability to speak and communicate clearly to other people about a topic at hand. Leadership you know the Soft Stuff it's so soft most people can't ever do it.

Hey wait a minute did you just say what I said twice the same way once and more succinctly Kelly I think you might have LOL

I never got along with the soft versus hard skill concept. Sure please, learn all the skills you can technically but if you are unable to speak, present, display, analyze critically you're going to freeze and not do anything soft or hard. And yes this is a semantic argument.
While developing your technical skills, don’t forget to develop your soft skills too.

I have found that what we call soft skills are actually very hard and in some people impossible to grow. While the same could be true about technology most people can learn something but can they express it out loud in public? Most people are terrified to speak in public.
While developing your technical skills, don’t forget to develop your soft skills too.
