Psychology in practice? All emotions, talking, mindfulness. It fails me, or I it. I'm plenty emo on my own 😂. I'm looking now at points of focus, avoiding talk therapy, mindlessness via real sleep. Calm, quiet, focus? I had em once. How do you manage? Tips and advice welcome!

People can opt out online that is the difference. Nobody has to be in another person's world if they don't want to be, at least online would that were true for the rest of the world if we could all be safe in our little towers of Solitude
I don't know what it means to be in the middle of War except by proxy and by proxy sucks hard enough to know I don't want the real thing and I am so ashamed Humanity put you through that.

I hate the term hyperempath. Yet I believe it is a condition. To feel the pain of the world as your own? I understand that. Is that hyperempathy? I don't know but it is disabling. I do not know how to compartmentalize. I never learned or simply fail at this. So much fail at this.

What do you do when a heart breaks too many times? When eyes see a world that makes us wish we had no senses because the world is senseless? Empathy is replaced by grief for others much less my own and I don't know how to live when others die in war. I don't get it. I never will.
