Well, I hope you have goodness, health, family and friends always. Lose most of that, money means nothing. I'd give anything to have my husband and family back.

I'm so surprised?
BREAKING: Mitch McConnell just blocked a proposal from Bernie Sanders for a vote on the House bill on direct payments for $2,000.

You're online. Do you have a place to live? Food? Are you in any danger from illness, homelessness, poverty or war? Do you have friends? Family? If so, and you're a student, you're better off than me and many in the USA. Keep studying!

Do you like working foreign markets? A lot of opportunities worldwide as well as working for yourself. I'm not sure how the biz world works where you are, but here independents can do very well.

A generation is ~ 30 years so that'd make it 240 years. And I feel them all ;-)

What kind of job do you want? What is your school subject focus and where are you? School is not of itself education, ever. If you are healthy and motivated, there are always options. Online edu is not "since Covid" it predates the Web by 7+ years. :)

For the cost of your wifi when you get your free music, you can also attend college whether Ivy League or open uni courses worldwide. :)

Interestingly, my two books in Laura's series were written before she and I spoke much less met and became friends. I read her HTML tome, then yours. She inspired thought, you motivated action. Lucky me huh? :D

Really? That makes MY morning! First saw your work I think in relation to HTML and form processing ~ 1995? Is that in sync with reality? You were a unique, relevant voice for technical dev and held your ground against 'splainers with examples and clear language. You still do. :)

For me, not one but a few early influential women who made me feel *allowed* in the industry including @Lemay @lynda @shelleypowers @dori @lizcastro - all known to me earlier than Twitter but sealed for the long-haul here. And everyone who's still here (but trolls or ex's 🤣😇😀)

I first read that as "out of all countries...10 are in Kentucky." Still made sad but perfect sense. I laughed to not cry. Of course, Arizona is no prize politically until (maybe) Dishrag No Mask Ducey is out.

Add a sweeping win for the Mores Act and we can start 2021 nice and mellow. Also, housing, food, transport, education, jobs and hazmat suits!

Rare #CSS bird (aka The Greybearded Shrew) uses the actual solution for this very issue: The User Style Sheet. All your specificity belongs to me.
Do you ever ... *Inspect Element* ... *fix the CSS* .... so you can read the damn content?

Reality news: Any stimulus amount will exclude many folks with 'intellectual and developmental" conditions. No funds to any state dependents even if working; no funds to #accessibility needs. There's a word for that exclusion. Eugenics. thearc.org/shut-out-again-co… #a11y #stimulus

Actually, I was wondering what happened to the family dog. Figured the house and 2.5 cars were foreclosed on and repo man showed up. That fam looks like smooth jazz at best to me :)
