I hope you will. I empathize. My life was disrupted by illness, then destroyed by medicine. I now ask "TO WHAT END NOT MINE?" for suggestions made by physicians. I'm life extension (a p.c. term for terminally ill) with comorbid issues. Does anything help you get through it all?

One way is by not treating anyone else but pandemic patients. Rape, assualt, gang and drug related conditions are all being left 'til ... whenever we get there. I have been hospitalized twice recently and am still w/out treatment. I'm post chemo life extension. At risks will die.
Oooh, there's use for guided meditation to possibly prevent and treat #PTSD and related issues. There's a neuroscientific idea that our amygdala and hippocampus (such yummy words!) determine if, how and where the trauma can turn to memory. If caught before stored, can we prevent?

Thanks for that. Awful to read but it's reality and it also proved something that I was thinking the other day which was ain't nothing new about pandemics we've been suffering them since the dawn of mankind. In fact it's one of the ways Europe got into the Americas. Smallpox.

I'm not sure how much the world has heard about what is going on in Canada regarding aid for people with disabilities. It's horrifying to see this coming from the peaceful Nation from the north. I am worried for you all. Shame on Ford. All praise goes to Canada's #a11y advocates.
What's the difference between Adolph Hitler and the Nazis and Doug Ford. Doug Ford is exterminating the disabled people legally .

That's a very kind thing to say and I deeply appreciate it. Everybody needs a break and I'm glad that you take them that's much healthier than me I knew I should do those things but I also knew that was ticking for me and I wanted to work hard play hard and live and so I have! ❤️

I know that feeling darling but look at my current bio don't end up that way. A lot of it is a great deal of grief and loss in my life & world over the past few years. Neil Young was wrong. Fading away I've never mastered but burnout? Burnout takes you out of the game completely

On the accessibility note I had a wonderful first round of advocacy calls to my two Arizona congresswomen 1 already seated and one just voted in both democratic Arizona went blue that is unprecedented. I suspect a certain loyalty to John McCain was part of Arizona's turn.

Well as we have learned the hard way you just can't stop the pressure you have to keep it up even though it is brutal torture and I believe that many people around the world have been truly terrorized by what has been going on in the USA not to mention everywhere in the world.

I would like to see a complete ghosting as of inauguration. I would make me very happy there are a lot more things to talk about than what we have been obsessing on for good reason for nearly five years including his campaign. Nightmare.
