It's very reassuring to read positive commentary on WCAG 3.0. Plain language has been one of the strong suits of W3C WCAG WG in their specifications and greater clarity is truly helpful for applied #a11y - historically and currently very challenged by web Tech and Society.

There's a reason you're getting sued you're doing what despotic leaders do and co-opting the meaning of words. You are confusing and putting your fist in the face of users and the thousands of people who have given their careers advocating true #a11y shame on you, shame on you!馃槧

I agree and I also think there's a larger danger here when people co-opt language and symbols then reuse them and shift meaning it causes extra confusion we don't need in our industry which is struggling enough with the tack it on after or it doesn't matter syndromes. I'm angry.

That's very interesting Erin. My immunotherapy treatments in 2013 had pegylation and I got so sick and PEG is used in Vape products which I don't myself use but I suspect when people got sick that the peg was part if not all of the reason so nobody has ever seemed to look.

Conclusion after study: accessiBe fails all foundational principles of Web, obfuscation of content is antithetical to #a11y and the broader meaning of accessible, paywalls cause division not unity, the AI is artifice not intelligence. This is not new, not #a11y and not the Web.

backward compatibility is a design principle also remember that and we fail at that completely.
I'm not sure I can agree with that as a user with increasing disabilities and issues I have found today's web almost unusable and total fail for all original design principles. I'm not happy at all as a user. I'd love to know what advantages and fancy things we are doing today:-)

Hey Karl, I'm out of the loop regarding accessibe can you provide a quick synopsis of the issue or a link for me to catch up it relates directly to my course of study currently and I would very much appreciate it thank you so much!

Coincidence? 1/2 hour after my scam rants, the scam calls completely stopped! In other news, #Tucson has red alerts for Fire, wind and ice. 14 months dry weather in recorded history broken by 4 days of some rain and a 10 minute snowfall. File under: #NoCLimateChangeMyTuchus 馃槈

Well I wouldn't say that because we're not using Hydraulics to keep us up and running until we need to go down but I do think we are very early to evolutionary technology I just don't want to lose our declarative web it's something we need we must have it.

This is so large and organized I think they seemed funded and are targeting employees that seem to be either new citizens or recent immigrants or are working jobs where they got a work-related Visa all of which scale up the charges for everybody but victims. Carriers could help.

Absolutely. I had therapy yesterday and I was very overtired and my therapist is new and I think I freaked her out with my intensity non-linearity and very detailed hyperverbal pressured speech it's partly from medical and partly from being starved for high-level dialogue!

And absolutely hated right now really makes me sad. However the Cascade and a specific the algorithm could be created for many different uses. like I was thinking how complex Medical conditions could use specificity algorithms appropriately to get to build a widespread ontology.

How everybody was like I said earlier do not feel guilty about that we had what we had and it made us better in some ways we realized there was a next step right now I'm not sure of any Next Step as we are split apart and we should have all options of tools and approaches!
Actually depending upon your server you could do either or both. Not to mention the emergence of restful approaches which was a very interesting date of our history. I'm glad people have had this experience it means others can learn it in order to manage older sites or educate!

Let me guess there was also an iframe in pop-up box with an ad and the ad service in code that doesn't exist in any specification whatsoever used to see that all the time we were creative to say the least ;-)
