You are both a disgrace and need to go bye bye. Voted off the human Island.

Narcissists would never do that but malingerers would.

That's absolutely true and I would be very welcome to that change and I know just so many of us would agree!

I can relate to that. It's as if there's an immediacy to get the idea out of the head and into action. Maybe starting to make some lists or move toward action would help? Just a thought as I'm aware everybody is cognitively unique but this is a pretty common pattern. Good luck!

I'd say that's more than a video game it kind of morphed into reality! 😂

Not only that every time I ask somebody who doesn't have a search engine at hand who the first person was to coin the damn word and what they meant by it I get pindrop. It was Mussolini. Co-opting words to misdirect is what Hitler did with attempts to defend genocide. People. SMH

Robert I think that people are using the term antifa or anti-fascist as a fashion statement. It is starting to be a Despicable Me disgusting co-option of words that have already been examined throughout history and it fails. George Orwell said fascism has no meaning.

I actually ended a long friendship because that person was upset his 85 year old mother was taking an unliked sibling's side who cares for her. I asked if he had ever changed a diaper. "Why would I ever do that?" Um, love? Honor? Respect? Care? I'm glad he never had children. FFS

Precisely. He is and has long been very ill, a malignancy so destructive it may not be curable. Some creatures need to be voted off the human island. But adult diaper jokes are not funny when you or loved ones need them. I needed them during chemo. Changed husband and mother too.

While the desire to belittle, berate and retaliate against Trump is oh so human, do remember that when you poke fun at strokes, diapers and illness it disregards and diminishes entire groups of people that are not him. It's stepping oneself down, not up. Words. Are. Powerful.

Good night Tanny. While not Christian, I have a parallel experience with self image. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with me. It makes me feel closer to that circle. Rest well. xo/m

I was affectionate as a child. My mother would present a cheek for a kiss and sometimes hold a hand. I have become very uncomfortable with touch since my husband passed. He was very affectionate. I also am not romantic at all. Strange I suppose?

I don't experience imposter syndrome. Ever. I'm not sure why. I, like you, pull up out of hell every day. I think that's made me very real.

Human touch, like words, can be weapons or salvation.

This is a metaphor for my entire life. Patti Smith put that right up in the face of bias with her song "Rock and Roll Nigger" - if you're unfamiliar, read her lyrics and listen to her nascent punk-rock rage against machine individuality. Bold, brutal, woke.
