Yeah. I live in Arizona. The ugliness is alive and well today alright.

I'll take the signal over the noise. Remember when this was fun?

I don't like Nextdoor ugh. Anywhere I've ever used it. I'm more socially comfortable with lib-dems and indies than righties. They are not as comfortable with my Libertarianism, even though I'm very left Lib. Gov outta my face. Stand my ground I will. CIVIL is the operative word.

The rule of the sword as he taught was only after his death could I as his wife unsheath and use it. I don't mess with it but it is a gorgeous sword. I am an awesome shot with a long simple rifle. Hanguns not so much. Just now going for my concealed permit. I need more training.

Me either. Not mine, nor my husband's service weapon and certain things he brought back from Vietnam. Before he succumbed to his long slow growing Agent Orange related tumors and became paralyzed he was teaching me knife and swordsmanship. Katana. Sheathed for him. Me, just wood.

He is no doubt a genius with very interesting politics but his arrogance nearly got him very dead. He was not very wise to mess with crazy violent countries. I don't want to live on a compound with armed guards. I already kind of do. Little Waco down here.

That's a huge problem and it's stupid. Youth needs wisdom and experience as much as I need the energy of younger colleagues and friends. I'm sorry. I think the main privilege for me is I've really started to not give a rat's ass about watching out for someone elses authority.

Are you the one who's going to hide it? If so, do you know where (shhh, no spoilers haha) I don't have any Matzoh alas. I rarely eat anything leavened anyway.

If you want to talk plagues, today is a good day to start. If you need to, find a Jew. Contrary to popular thought, we are a very small group and divided by many things. Old joke explains us: 10 Rabbis, 10,000 opinions! Cultural norm for me: Complain, pun and joke all at once. :D

I think for me it's Amazon (AWS), Google and Facebook right now. Subject to change any moment. I'm also extremely disappointed at what's happened to Elon Musk. I think he consumed all the weed in Reno Nevada (and there's a lot of it there). After that loss of top chair? Weirder.

Look at how we use Twitter though. We are having a conversation far beyond a retweet or "I post and you will follow" kinda thing. I would prefer people who follow but stop interacting would get off my lawn. Damn, age does have some privileges! :D

Yeah, I was much happier with blogging on my own but I was also an object in far faster motion ;)

I'd leave social media if it weren't for the fact that it is my social world as I can no longer travel and have had to practice social distancing (now a term, for your girl in the bubble). 2015-2016 was remission and renewal until my husband and Mom passed. Improving mindset now!

Who do you consider the big three now? It's changed and changes so fast now.

I know, right? I actually had the incredible experience of being with Gates two years prior to his transformation and the year he actually left. He looked so burnt out. A year later? Happy! hopeful. Owning my wrongs helps. Bad acts yesterday *may* lead to better acts now. May.

I did write a book on LiveMotion. Eventually I came to grips with it by punning: DeadMotion GoDead, etc. And I did write about WML, but articles never a frankenbook. WML was a curious idea. Don't imagine it could have scaled to today's mobile world however. Like @media mobile ha!

I mourn with you too. We are of an era that felt like an evolution of ideals that would rapidly make life and tech better. It still can, but it's not a close community anymore. The opposite. Pendulums swing. Who knows what's to come. Jack Dorsey as Philanthropist for example ;-)
