Thank you, and I wish you well also. You're right, It is very hard to see past pain both of the physical and emotional realms. This is not helped by being in bad environments with bad people when it surely is not by choice. I am learning the importance of place and character :D

Exactly true, as I'm finding living in a very poor spot for connectivity. It's great for natural beauty though! :D

A key turning point in my being was actually feeling deep in this crumbling bone, marrow and heart just how seriously my suffering affected people I love. I hate this, and I own this. I scare people, despite not scaring myself at all. Thank you for knowing the better me. #Tuesday

Fortunately, I wasn't driving. I'm a great driver. In a car race. :P

When 18, I went all the way up to Pittsburgh, NH with a friend now reunited via FB. A lifelong memorable experience! We stopped in thick fog as a huge male moose blocked the road until his lady and babies passed through those haunting woodlands. Soundtrack? Pink Floyd, Ummagumma!

What an odd and fascinating mix. From Norway to Mexico? This is brilliant, Todd! Thank you :D

Surprise AZ! Hips and sciatic nerve are my literal sore as fuck spots. My right "weather" knee is 100% predictable since 1970! Arizona rules hilarious town names. I like Nothing, Babylon and not that far from where I live now: Why. WHY? HA! I've long thought "Oh, To Die in Why"😂

Yes, it's just that, except now AWS owns all the data. Including the most personal, which I could care less about as I knew privacy was a dead issue long before the Web ever was. But I have no one to protect, and others do. Privacy is very personal in fact and malicious deed.

Arizona has no water left. But it's a great place for those of us with physical issues that scream loud enough without the damp and cold added to the mix. My hip hurts like hell right now. I can't imagine how my dear arthritic brother copes in upstate NY and MA out on the Cape :/

Burrrrrrrrrrr. It's cold here. No snow though! My brother is in Albany and he keeps sending me photos of the rising piles there! :D And yes, FUCK cancer.

World Wide #Web makers often discuss #a11y as a part of #UX. Yet, one cannot have a user experience without access. #Accessible always begins with #OpenAccess. #TuesdayThoughts #TechTuesday #WebDev #WebDesign #Accessibility #UserExperience #SystemsDesign #SystemsThinking

Ah, Alex. Legendary. And a person who shaped many a sharp-witted life and made it FUN! Makes me sigh, makes me cry. Fucking pancreatic cancer is among the worst of the worst illnesses to ever exist. May he go softly and without suffering into his good night.

Todd, I gotta tell you dear friend of the ages, I truly have learned one of the hardest of ways NOT to ask "what's next?" lest we tempt those fickle fates 😎

Maybe I'm just a grumpy ol' greybeard (as it were) but I'm really hating this "computer connected to clouds" era. It's created a black hole of technological suckage in terms of #security #privacy and #Access as well as #A11y. What do you think? #TuesdayThoughts #TechTuesday

Michele: Very similar - the wild boar is considered along with pigs to be "old world" creatures whereas Peccaries (four types) are "new world" beasts. They share social characteristics such as living in packs (sometimes as large as 100!) and aggression! Wild boars charge too. HA!

HA! Love 'deathbed' humor, I do. Once, I lost too much blood and had emergency surgery. I'd gotten a shot that me (more) loopy.😝 We turned into the surgical suite. It was FREEZING in there. Out of my big mouth: "Hey, sure this isn't the morgue?" Everyone broke out in laughter!
