I hate that but it's been a long reality for me having lived in Sonoran and Mojave deserts for my adult life. Temperature drops like that happen often. You found the right solution: LAYER. Doggie looks like he's covered too :D

Ha! Truly witty but still not enough. It has to be in a closed cell without any human contact. Maybe a book or two but he can't read apparently so that's more waste to manage. He would self-annihilate faster without any attention from any actual human being.

You know what's depressing? Spending the day talking to Estate attorneys about wills and directives. I have a few directives of my own about lawyers in general! ⚡️
