As an old #Internet #web curmudgeon I retain the idea that a .org #domainname is philanthropic and .com is for commercial entities.
So a philanthropic organization is @passiton_values (.com) and #BigPharma is @PhRMA (.org - and oh the freaking semantics there, huh?)

LOL! Never feel that way. My doctor didn't know FFS. As I'm sayin', I think it's a purposeful misdirect as it's the most expensive portion of health care costs not including the overwhelming amount spent through the Veteran's Administration. Thank you for helping :D

Oh, what we can do when we work together, with and for each other! WE FOUND the insurance coverage I have which DOES extend everything I might need. The problem? No one pointed out the Dr. has to ask for the long-terrm care (ALTCS) portion (1)

I don't want to take any more money from independent citizens for any reason. I worked my ass off as a contractor, paying high taxes and insurance. @AHCCCSgov FAILS vulnerable patients. I think they actually like it when we die as we cost the state way too much as terminally ill.

Many individual thanks for kind wishes for birthday and challenges. I'm weak and tired. Personal gratitude posts to come. I'm couched until approved for the MRI (can't do endoscopy without very high risk to me) to look at what caused a second internal bleed. Fortunately, limited.

The question now is what to do with me. Medicaid cannot cover home health visits. Medicare does. I'm too young. So they want me in an inpatient facility for my safety. I was in one of those, remember? It was the least safe place Shop of Horrors. Also no more pride. I use my cane.

You are a wonderful community for taking care of me. When I finally got cleaned up, hydrated, home and some sleep I was able to talk to my brother. Those with Traumatic Brain Injury (#TBI) know perceptions can be highly distorted especially in the immediacy of injury. I love you.

Series of seizures it turns out. Fell hard on my head. Must have flailed around doing some kind of unconscious floor Lambada as I look like a person who doesn't talk about Fight Club. Good: No brain bleeding. Not good: very low platelets, was vomiting blood. #BoneMarrowAplasia
