This is the have/need model of life. It's scalable and truly helps people find resources. I'm a @Chobani consumer myself and I am very happy to read of their proactive, philanthropic actions. #ChangeTheWorld #FridayMotivation #FridayFeeling

Helen, you might look into Reno and Carson City, Reno's got a tech sector (Tesla hq is there). CC has a lot of .gov jobs. Both have a much higher quality of life score for all the things than Las Vegas. Northern NV is very beautiful and can be cold, but it's safer and affordable.

You'd be spending the rest of the day in the ER with a nurse pulling thorns out of yer butt, so I recommend a standing desk :P xo/m

Not so funny to me, we're unique critters. The palos are annoying my eyes but for me the worst is dust, especially if it's been compiling for a while, like in the closet or such. I get really sick from that here, but not in the Mojave. Go figure? Silly beasts we are indeed. xo

Ha! It's v its is a pet peeve I had to get over since voice input. It still makes me feel the way one does when sharp fingernails scratch a chalkboard!
For @msjen as promised and all who wish to enjoy - the magnificent Palo Verde (Green Stick) Tree in full bloom. The big issue with them is not their beauty but they are a misery to those who are allergic to them (raises hand). It's a very short spring in #Sonora but what a show馃樆

Jen, they're in full bloom now and there's a little forest of them. I'll find or take a pic. SO gorgeous! xoxox

Have you considered contacting Fairchild and/or his office? It's amazing what happens when we ask. He or colleagues might have some insight for you.

RIT is a great school. Can you do the course for free? If so, it's the research I personally want, not so much the degree. We are non-traditional students and this is for me, not a job as...well, ya know.

I was thinking that too! GMTA. But I want a Ph.D. Higher Ed degrees are administrative by and large, unless you find a specialized program. We can virtually go to school together!!! Fun!

Happy #CincoDeMayo - you can only imagine the festivities down here. I expect a full complement of Mariachi Bands at all the ranches and a lot of Cerveza and joy! Fact: Mexico is the most welcoming country I have ever visited and I love it and its many people dearly.
Today, many Americans are celebrating a holiday they likely know nothing about. #CincoDeMayo bit.ly/2Yc0LZx

Thanks! I was actually surprised to see a degree like that offered. I am going to see if I can't meet up with some of the profs etc. prior to summer. So interesting :)
